About Emma

I work with professionals, adults and teenagers who want greater clarity, confidence and momentum in their lives. I also specialise in ADHD coaching for adults, teens and parents.

My path into coaching began through experiencing its impact first hand. While managing multiple businesses and raising four children, coaching gave me something invaluable: the space to pause, think clearly and gain perspective. It helped me navigate complex decisions and move forward with greater intention. That experience had a profound impact on me and ultimately led me to train as a professional coach myself.

Before becoming a coach, my background was in business and entrepreneurship. I began my career in banking and later built and led several businesses and projects, including co founding Fisikal, a global fitness technology platform used by organisations around the world. Those years gave me a deep understanding of the realities of leadership: managing pressure, navigating complexity and balancing the many demands that come with responsibility.

Alongside executive coaching, I have developed a particular interest in ADHD and executive functioning. This interest is both professional and personal. Two of my children have ADHD, which has given me lived experience of the strengths and challenges that can come with it and deepened my understanding of how differently people’s minds can work.

Today I work with thoughtful, capable people who want to understand themselves better, think more clearly, and move forward with greater clarity and effectiveness in their work and lives. Coaching provides the space to pause, reflect, and unlock the potential that is already there.
